Lois began her insurance career in the Commercial department in 2005. She has trained fellow colleagues and worked on rating, small business, and large commercial accounts. While working, she attended Montana State University and received her BA degree in business management in 2008. In 2013, she continued her education and earned her master’s degree in business administration from Southern New Hampshire University. Lois joined PayneWest in 2013. In 2014, she accepted the role of customer service director where she is responsible for managing the Commercial Customer Service department for the western region of Montana. This involves planning, organizing, and staffing as well as implementation of service standards and training. Lois enjoys outdoor activities in the summer and is a fan of college and professional sports.
