Jeanne joined the PayneWest Helena office in 2013 as an account specialist and was promoted in 2018 to a sales executive role due to her knowledge and experience in personal insurance. She always puts the client first and is diligent in providing excellent customer service, choices and advice. Her goal is to help clients analyze their coverage and place them in carriers that best meet their needs.As she grew up in Helena, Jeanne truly understands the community. She earned a degree in communications came from Carroll College. Jeanne has one daughter, Tammy, who is a recent MSU graduate and a grandson, Wyatt, who is the light of her life! Jeanne likes to spend her free time with friends and family on Canyon Ferry Lake, going to games, hiking Mt. Ascension or just being together. Jeanne has volunteered for many organizations like Habitat for Humanity, Museum of the Rockies and the Lost and Foundation. Most recently, she has been involved with the Special Olympics Games Management Team for the 15–17 Summer Olympics. Safeco awarded her with the Make More Happen Award. Jeanne is currently the Community Volunteer Leader for the Red Cross of Montana, member of the Women’s Leadership Network and volunteers to help the Rocky Mountain Development Council with the insurance portion of their first-time homebuyers class.
