Hilary has been in the insurance industry since 2010 and joined PayneWest in 2016. She has played an integral part in expanding PayneWest’s footprint in Southern and Eastern Idaho. Her focus and areas of expertise are aligning company culture, recruiting and retention strategies with employee benefit offerings. Whether it be ancillary benefits, fully-insured or self-funded medical plans, her passion is educating employers and employees alike on cost containment strategies while maintaining a competitive benefit plan. With the ever-rising cost of health care, analyzing data is key in making informed and intentional decisions.Along with cost containment strategies, she is a leader in compliance support (ACA, wellness, HIPAA, ERISA, COBRA) along with managing multi-state and multi-location employer footprints. She understands that each employer is unique, therefore, there is never a “one size fits all” approach. Hilary has received multiple awards since 2016 including PayneWest’s +One Achievement honors in both 2018 and 2019. She is a member of HRATV and serves on various HR advisory boards. Hilary received her undergraduate degree from Northwest Nazarene University and graduate degree from Idaho State University. Hilary and her husband, Ren, have two children, Kane and Kyle.
