Bryon joined PayneWest in 2018 as a personal insurance account manager, and he brings a diverse background in customer service. Prior to PayneWest, he attended Oregon State University and pursued a career in retail management with Starbucks for over a decade. There, he was dedicated to training and empowering team members to create great customer experiences. He gained exposure as a sales and leasing consultant in the automotive field, having a lifelong love of cars, before returning to the retail environment.Bryon has an eye for detail and takes great care to create positive and meaningful relationships with his clients. Having joined PayneWest, Bryon feels he has found the perfect home for his passion to provide exemplary customer service. He has an earnest desire to provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries so that the customer feels that they are making the best, well-informed decisions possible. Bryon is a lifelong resident of the greater Columbia Basin area, having grown up in Pendleton, Oregon. He and his wife moved to the Tri Cities in 2011 and promptly adopted two loving dogs from the local animal shelter. In 2016, they welcomed their first child and love that this is the incredible community in which they get to raise him.
