Amy Courser has been a member of the PayneWest Insurance family since 2000. In 2001, she dedicated her career to Employee Benefits by becoming an account manager. Amy began her career in our Kalispell, Montana, location where she remained for 17 years. In 2017, a family change prompted a move to our office in Yakima, Washington. Recently, she had the opportunity to move closer to home and transferred to our Missoula office, joining the benefits team of Becky Byrne. In her role as an account manager, Amy collaborates with the consultants and clients to market and present benefit plan recommendations. She enjoys strategizing with clients to find solutions for the rising costs and regulations in today’s complex employee benefits arena and provides daily customer service to ensure she is an efficient resource for all of her clients’ benefit planning needs. Amy always practices honesty, integrity, high levels of customer service and strives to make her client’s priorities her own. Amy is an active member of the community, volunteering her time at local homeless shelters, youth shelters and animal rescue organizations. In her free time, Amy enjoys exploring her new surroundings while hiking and camping with her family and dogs.
