Amy joined the PayneWest team in Kalispell, Montana, in 2000. In 2001, she dedicated her career to employee benefits and became an account manager. In 2017, Amy transferred to our Yakima, Washington, location.In her role as an account manager, Amy collaborates with the consultants and clients to market and present benefit plan recommendations. Amy also prepares monthly experience reports and provides daily customer service to ensure she is an efficient resource for all of her clients' benefit planning needs. Amy always practices honesty, integrity, high levels of customer service and strives to make her client’s priorities her own. Amy is an active member of the community; volunteering her time at local homeless shelters, youth shelters and animal rescue organizations. In her free time, Amy enjoys exploring her new surroundings in the Washington area. Hiking and camping with her family and dogs is a favorite activity. Amy has a daughter, Mackenzie.
