Community is core to our mission. Our offices are involved in their respective communities in three ways.

PayneWest Giving Our Best: Each October, our offices choose a charity in their community and volunteer to help them for a full day. We concentrate the efforts during a few select weeks as a way to build momentum and generate involvement. Last year, the vast majority of our employees participated. In the past, we’ve volunteered at food pantries, pet shelters, libraries and more.

Local Sponsorships: Each of our offices has a budget for sponsoring local events, be it the symphony, a fun run, charitable auction, etc. Events are chosen by each office and in many cases, staff from that office volunteer at the event, too.

Individual Involvement: We encourage staff at all levels to get involved. Many of our colleagues serve on local boards. They coach soccer and volunteer at community events. They donate funds. They connect our company to the communities and the people we serve in real and tangible ways.
